Study Trip to Sarajevo: 16th-18th January of 2015

The IYDU is delighted to invite to our first event in 2015, which will be hosted by The Youth Association of SDA in Sarajevo.

The IYDU Study Trip to Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina will be held from 16th – 18th of January 2015. The topic of the Study trip is “European Integration”, a highly relevant topic for the whole region in general and Bosnia and Herzegovina especially.

Delegates should plan for arrival no later than Friday 16 January as there will be held an informal welcome dinner on this date, and the official programme will start on the morning of Saturday 17 November.

Departure may be planned from Sunday evening. Participants are however welcome to stay on in Sarajevo for parts of the IDU Executive Meeting which starts on Monday evening. Participants who chose to stay for parts of the IDU programme should contact the IYDU at secretary@iydu-network.org to make arrangements for this. Please note that if you should chose to stay on that accommodation costs are not covered by the IYDU participation fee for this Study Trip.

Participation fees:
There is a participation fee for the event of € 100. The fee covers accommodation from 16th-18th January, as well as meals and transportation during the event.

Participants are required to cover their own travel expenses getting to Sarajevo.

There is a cancellation fee of € 200 for registered delegates who do not cancel their participation fee 4 – four days in advance.

Registration:
Registration will only be accepted by using the registration form. The form should be sent to IYDU Secretary General by email secretary@iydu-network.org no later than 6 January.

Hotel:
The hotel during our stay will be the Hotel Holiday Inn. Reservations will be made by filling in the registration form.
