We are sickened by yet another attack on Turkey and the NATO alliance. Turkey has become a battleground in the fight against ISIS and radical Islam. As of this afternoon there are 41 dead and over 200 injured from the disgusting suicide bombings that took place yesterday. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of these innocent victims. We join our parent organization, the International Democrat Union (IDU), in congratulating Partido Popular (PP) on winning the most seats (33%) in Sunday’s parliamentary election. Official results give PP 137 seats in the 350 seat parliament.
